We offer both a full-service, face-to-face interior design service and a flexible online (E-Design) option.

For in-person projects, we visit your space to take measurements, discuss ideas and guide you through the process hands-on. For E-Design, you simply share a floor plan, measurements or photos, and we create an accurate 3D model of your room. In both cases, your design is tailored to your lifestyle, taste and budget.

We’ll ask a few questions to understand you, your space and how you live in it — including who shares your home (children, pets or partners). For E-Design, we’ll also request photos and measurements. The more you share, the more personal, practical and beautiful your design will be.

Whether you choose full-service or online design, you’ll receive two initial design concepts for your exact room. Your final package includes a curated mood board, furniture and materials selections, an annotated floor plan, 2D elevations, 3D visuals and a personalised shopping list — everything you need in one place.

Absolutely. Your first designs are just the starting point. You’ll work closely with your designer to refine layouts, swap furniture, adjust finishes or explore alternative styles until the design feels right.

For E-Design projects, initial designs are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks after we receive and approve your information, depending on the package selected.

For full-service projects, timelines vary based on the scope of work and will be agreed with you at the start of the project.

Yes. Designing within your budget is central to our approach. We’ll discuss how and where you’d like to spend, and all furniture and finishes will be selected within your agreed price range. Where possible, we also pass on exclusive trade discounts.

Of course. We’re happy to design around pieces you already own and love. Simply share photos, measurements or product links, and we’ll incorporate them seamlessly into your design.

We design living rooms, bedrooms (kids’, guest and master), kitchens, bathrooms, home offices, nurseries, open-plan spaces, outdoor areas and commercial office spaces.

For full-service projects, you’ll meet with your designer in person and stay in touch throughout the process. For E-Design, you’ll work directly with your designer via email or online chat — whichever is most convenient for you.
