This striking home proves that volume, when thoughtfully handled, can feel both intimate and indulgent. Designed around a dramatic double-height living space, the interior balances architectural confidence with a deeply inviting atmosphere—an urban retreat that feels as calm as it is considered.
The living area is anchored by a generously scaled mustard velvet sectional, its rich tone lending warmth and softness to the expansive proportions of the room. Above, a sculptural black mezzanine introduces a strong architectural line, cleverly housing the sleeping area while preserving sightlines and light. The contrast between the plush upholstery below and the crisp structure above creates a sense of rhythm and visual depth, allowing the space to feel dynamic yet grounded.
In the adjoining dining area, elegance takes on a gentler form. Blush velvet dining chairs encircle a marble-topped table, offering a refined softness that offsets the bold materiality of the kitchen beyond.
